The reception staff acted rather bored. A smile wouldn't hurt them. my request for a quiet room seemed to go straight into the trash. I could hear the club upstairs quite loudly. Sleep became a luxury I didn't get to afford that night. Getting an apology seemed impossible too.

noisy areaslow service
The room i was assigned faced a very noisy area. sleep was difficult because of the constant traffic. additionally, i found the service at the pool bar to be quite slow. It often took a long time to get a drink or place an order. it was frustrating when i wanted to relax but had to wait extended periods.

I found attention to detail with Swiss quality in every aspect. The pillows and duvet were great. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the clean glass water bottles.
The bed linen was noisy. It was unpleasant. My room faced the highway. The noise level was very loud. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived at the hotel.
