The breakfast had many delicious options. I especially liked the buffet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They offered smiles and quick assistance.
The pillows were not comfortable. I think the hotel should replace them. The check-in was also delayed by one hour. This was inconvenient.

the team prepared a lovely room for my birthday. they included a complimentary cake, a nice touch. customer service impressed me throughout my stay. mr medo personally followed up, ensuring i was completely happy.
luggage took a long time to arrive in the room. i had to go back down to get it. this delay slightly inconvenienced my otherwise smooth check-in process.

unfriendly staffloud club
The reception staff acted rather bored. A smile wouldn't hurt them. my request for a quiet room seemed to go straight into the trash. I could hear the club upstairs quite loudly. Sleep became a luxury I didn't get to afford that night. Getting an apology seemed impossible too.

The room i was assigned faced a very noisy area. sleep was difficult because of the constant traffic. additionally, i found the service at the pool bar to be quite slow. It often took a long time to get a drink or place an order. it was frustrating when i wanted to relax but had to wait extended periods.

I found attention to detail with Swiss quality in every aspect. The pillows and duvet were great. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the clean glass water bottles.
The bed linen was noisy. It was unpleasant. My room faced the highway. The noise level was very loud. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived at the hotel.
